Caroline Cypriano is the Co-Founder and COO of JJ4Tech, a Miami-based company providing software solutions to small and medium-sized financial institutions in the U.S., with a focus on faster payments and liquidity management.
Caroline is also the Chair of the U.S. Faster Payments Council (FPC) User Experience Work Group, former Vice Chair of the FPC QR Code Interface Work Group, and former Board Advisor with the FPC. She is also a Board Advisor at DeNovo Treasury, a 2026 Nacha 15 Under 40 Awardee, a 2025 recipient of the Key to Miami-Dade County, and an O-1 visa holder, a visa granted to individuals with extraordinary ability.
Before JJ4Tech, Caroline founded and served as Statutory Director at TAG IMF, a financial market infrastructure company and part of the Stone Co. group (NASDAQ: STNE). TAG IMF operates as a collateral registry for card receivables under authorization by the Brazilian Central Bank. Caroline has also held leadership roles in two U.S.-based startups: one focused on high-precision GPS for extreme sports and another that gamified sustainable transportation.
Her diverse background spans payments, startups, and law, with about 10 years of experience. A licensed attorney in Brazil, Caroline brings a unique blend of regulatory, operational, and innovation-driven expertise to the payments industry.
